How much is it, what is provided and which areas do you cover?
Based in Medway (near Maidstone) and living within easy access to the M2, M20 and M25 I provide Race Nights in Kent, Essex, London, Sussex and Surrey. Unlike other Race Night providers I charge a set fee and not a percentage of the takings. With prices starting from £245 these overheads can easily be covered with ticket sales or pre-event selling as detailed in ‘How race nights work’.
- Eight races from a large selection
- Printed Race cards
- Tote tickets
- Game of ‘last person standing’ (heads or tails, stand up bingo etc.)
- Projector and Projector Screen
- 2 speaker PA sound system
- MC services for the whole night
- Calculation of the tote winnings for each race
- Detailed breakdown, post the event, of how the money was raised on the night
- Full training to the volunteers (up to 4 needed for the tote desk)
- Public Liability cover up to £1million
- GoRacenights conform The Gambling Act 2005 as long as they are run as a non-commercial event
